Take yogurt in a bowl, add turmeric powder, salt and garam masala powder, mix well and marinate the fish pieces in this mixture for fifteen minutes.Heat oil, add onion, sauté until soft. Add ginger paste, garlic paste and green chillies, sauté for two to three minutes. Add fish along with marinade and cook for five to seven minutes or until done. Serve hot. |
